Join us for a distinctive winemaker dinner on Tuesday, May 12th at 6:30pm at Pearl Bar & Dining. Chateau Ste. Michelle’s Head Winemaker, Bob Bertheau, will be hosting the dinner and sharing his wines that have been expertly paired with a menu created by Executive Chef Bradley Dickinson. Tickets are $75 plus tax and gratuity for the 6-course meal and wine pairings. The menu is listed below.



Passed Hors D’oeuvres – Shellfish Sampler

Kusshi oysters, Dungeness crab legs, butter-poached gulf shrimp

Paired with: Michelle Brut Sparkling


Plated Appetizer – Braised Pork Belly

Five-spice rub, roasted pineapple

Paired with: Eroica Riesling, Columbia Valley, WA


Fish Course – Local Halibut Filet

Fresh herb crust, spring vegetables, farro, pea vine essence

Paired with: “Mimi” Chardonnay, Horse Heaven Hills, WA

Meat Course – Roasted Lamb Shank

Mirepoix vegetables, fig demi-glace, parmesan polenta

Paired with: Cold Creek Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley, WA

Entree – Niman Ranch Prime New York Strip

Brown butter demi, roasted carrots, caramelized Walla Walla sweet onions

Paired with: 2008 “Artist Series” Meritage, Columbia Valley, WA

Strawberry bread pudding

Ricotta cream, macerated berries, Palmier cookies
