This room comfortably seats up to 6-10 guests and is perfect for small meetings or intimate social gatherings. The room is set with one long conference style table. PRIVATE DINING ROOM
Our room comfortably accommodates up to 32 guests for a seated lunch or dinner or up to 40 guests for a stand up reception. This room is equipped with a 58 inch flat screen television that is computer compatible with an HDMI cord, and is perfect for corporate presentations or larger social dinners. The Private Dining Room is separated from our main dining room with smoked glass doors, allowing for you and your guests to share the energy of the dining room while ensuring complete privacy. NORTH DINING ROOM
The use of this semi-private space is designed for larger groups, up to 44 guests, for a seated event. The Private Dining Room can open to the North Dining Room, combining the two spaces that can accommodate up to 70 guests. PEARL ‘BUY OUT’
A buy out may consist of closing the bar, the dining room, or the entire restaurant to accommodate private events that need larger space. There is a premium food and beverage minimum associated with these types of events.
OFF SITE CATERING
Pearl is glad to customize menus and events for you either in your office, home, or other venue. Pearl has relationships with local venues that we can coordinate efforts with, if needed
700 Bellevue Way Northeast, Suite 50, Bellevue WA, 98004. Pearl is located in the heart of downtown Bellevue in Lincoln Square, adjacent to the Westin Hotel main entrance, minutes from Interstate 405 and State Highway 520.
We validate for parking in the Lincoln Square garage for up to three hours. When parking in Lincoln Square, park on levels 3, 4 or 5 and come up the SOUTH elevator. This will land you directly in the Westin’s lobby – from there, just walk across the driveway. Parking on level 1 or 2 will lead you into the Lincoln Square and you will need to come out outside onto Bellevue Way near the Container Store. From there, take a left onto NE 7th and our front door is at the bottom of the driveway on the left. Self valet parking is also available across the drive at the Westin Hotel.

Our Private Dining Room is equipped with a 58 inch flat screen television that is computer compatible with an HDMI cord for your business and social presentations. We are happy to arrange for any AV equipment you may need for your presentation.
In order to guarantee the finest experience for your event, we do require a custom/limited menu for both lunch and dinner groups of more than (15) guests. Custom menus are created from our Private Dining menu and our dinner menu, which change seasonally (please refer to menus below). We require that menus are finalized 10 days prior to your event. To secure a private room, please contact us at 425.455.0181 or email us email@example.com. We will place a hold on the date for 48 hours. A signed contract is required to secure the date.
A credit card number is taken in lieu of deposit to secure our private rooms and will be charged at the time of the event, unless otherwise instructed.
Our contracts stipulate cancellations less than five business days prior to the event will incur a cancellation fee that varies according to the space reserved. A final guest count is required 48 hours prior to the event.
We are pleased to arrange for special floral arrangements and help with any decor ideas. Just ask! Outside food? We charge $2.50 per guest for any outside cake, cupcakes or other desserts. We are happy to help store, cut and serve your dessert. We will be happy to accommodate any special dietary requests, please let us know about any allergies or restrictions as soon as possible.
