Back in 1988, Chef Bradley Dickinson was the opening chef for Schwartz Brother’s Restaurants at Chandler’s Crabhouse. He began work with John and Bill Schwartz on refining the concept and tested recipes alongside Executive Chef Ted Furst. What they created then has become an icon for Seafood in Seattle today.
After 30 years, Chandler’s is closing for good at the end of September. The Chef’s Dinner on September 25th will feature the opening Chandler’s Crabhouse Chef and current Owner of Pearl Seafood & Oyster Bar Bradley Dickinson, former Schwartz Brothers Restaurants Executive Chef and current Owner of Le Grand Bistro Ted Furst, former Chandler’s Crabhouse Chef and current Managing Partner of Walla Walla Steak Co. & Crossbuck Brewing Dan Thiessen and current Chandler’s Crabhouse Chef Todd Leggett.
The evening will include an auction and other opportunities to support Food Lifeline. Reserve a private table for four or more.
