As proprietors, we (Bradley Dickinson and Mikel Rogers) bring more than 50 combined years of restaurant knowledge to Pearl. Our menu is driven by fresh seasonal seafood, prepared and presented with a contemporary flair. Think plenty of fresh Northwest shellfish, salmon, halibut as well as prime steaks, local vegetables and seasonal berries. Quality ingredients coming in the back door are treated with care by our team of experienced chefs and cooks.
The wine list is focused on the Northwest’s best, but also includes classic and recognizable names from California, France, and other great wine producing regions of the world. Underscoring this commitment, we have received the Wine Spectator Award for 8 consecutive years.
