Oyster Madness: March 5th – 30th
Join us for the 2nd annual month long “SHUCK-A-THON” celebrating the oyster! Our menus will change weekly with unique items featured during lunch, dinner and happy hour. Beverage pairings, oyster shucking classes and competitions, special events and more.
Events throughout the month will also include a charitable component that will benefit the Puget Sound Restoration Fund which restores oysters, abalone, kelp and other marine resources in Puget Sound.
Sadly, we lost a true Pacific Northwest oyster legend this past year in Jon Rowley. In honor of Jon, Pearl, along with Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Pacific Seafood, will donate a portion of the proceeds from Oyster Madness in his name to the Puget Sound Restoration Fund; all aimed at maintaining a healthy ecosystem that supports human habitation along this wonderful coast of ours.
